Ingredients:
- 1 cup of idli batter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 handful of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- Salt, to taste

Instructions:
- Mix the idli batter with the chopped onion, tomato, green chili, cilantro, cumin seeds, and salt in a large bowl.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a few drops of oil.
- Pour a spoonful of the batter onto the pan and spread it out into a thin pancake, about 6-8 inches in diameter.
- Drizzle some oil around the edges of the pancake and let it cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the pancake and let it cook until the other side is golden brown, about another 2-3 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney or any other condiment of your choice.
